Every order is carefully packed and inspected before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to help.

Return Policy

Customers may request a return only if the product received is damaged, defective, expired, or different from the item ordered. To be eligible for a return, the request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.

The product should be unused, unopened, and returned in its original packaging along with the invoice or proof of purchase.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund may be processed through bank transfer or UPI.

Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost, subject to product availability. Our priority is to ensure that every customer receives the correct product in perfect condition.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned or refunded. Products returned without their original packaging or proof of purchase may not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated according to our return policy.
